Description:  An attractive medium oblong potato with shallow eyes, smooth red skin and white flesh.

Culinary Characteristics:  Excellent boiled, mashed and in potato salads. When baked, they will be moist (waxy). Norland has a nice dark red skin color that contrasts against the bright white inner flesh that is especially appealing.
